ToyCam Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of ToyCam (the “App”), provided by 더 텐즈 (The Tens). Effective September 9, 2026.

2. App license and Apple terms
ToyCam is licensed, not sold, under the Apple Standard EULA. These product-specific terms supplement that agreement. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA and mandatory consumer law control.
3. Price and payment
ToyCam is a paid upfront app. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no advertising in the App. The App Store shows the final price for your region before purchase. Payment, receipts, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable terms and policies.
4. Permitted use
You may use the App for lawful personal or commercial photography on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple’s usage rules. Do not misuse the App, infringe another person’s rights, or attempt to disrupt its operation.
5. Your photos and sharing
You retain rights in photos you create. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to photograph people, places, artwork, or other protected material, and for choosing lawful destinations when sharing.
6. Availability and updates
Camera features depend on compatible device hardware, iOS permissions, available storage, and operating-system behavior. We may update, change, or discontinue the App where permitted by law.
7. Warranty and liability
The App is provided subject to the warranty and liability terms in the Apple Standard EULA. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms if the App or applicable law changes. The current terms and effective date will be posted here. Contact contact@thetens.app with questions.

본 약관은 더 텐즈 (The Tens, 이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 ToyCam(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 시행일은 2026년 9월 9일입니다.

2. 앱 사용권 및 Apple 약관
ToyCam은 판매가 아니라 Apple Standard EULA에 따라 사용권이 부여됩니다. 본 약관은 ToyCam에 관한 조건을 보충합니다. 내용이 충돌하는 경우 Apple 표준 사용권 계약과 강행 소비자법이 우선합니다.
3. 가격 및 결제
ToyCam은 선불 유료 앱입니다. 앱 안에는 구독 또는 인앱 결제, 광고가 없습니다. 구매 전 App Store가 지역별 최종 가격을 표시합니다. 결제, 영수증, 취소 및 환불은 Apple의 해당 약관과 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다.
4. 허용되는 이용
Apple의 이용 규칙에 따라 이용자의 App Store 계정과 연결된 Apple 기기에서 합법적인 개인 또는 상업 사진 촬영에 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱을 오용하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 앱의 작동을 방해해서는 안 됩니다.
5. 이용자의 사진과 공유
이용자는 직접 만든 사진의 권리를 보유합니다. 사람, 장소, 작품 또는 보호되는 대상을 촬영할 때 필요한 허락을 받고, 사진을 합법적인 대상으로 공유할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
6. 제공 및 업데이트
카메라 기능은 호환 기기의 하드웨어, iOS 권한, 저장 공간과 운영체제 동작에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 운영자는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 앱을 업데이트·변경하거나 제공을 종료할 수 있습니다.
7. 보증 및 책임
앱에는 Apple Standard EULA의 보증 및 책임 조건이 적용됩니다. 본 약관은 관련 소비자법상 배제할 수 없는 권리나 구제 수단을 제한하지 않습니다.
8. 약관 변경 및 문의
앱 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 최신 약관과 시행일은 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 문의는 contact@thetens.app으로 보내주세요.
