ToyCam Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ToyCam (the “App”), operated by 더 텐즈 (The Tens), handles information. Effective September 9, 2026.

2. Photos stay on your device
ToyCam captures still photos and applies its 2007-style look on your device. The App does not upload your photos or camera feed to our servers. Captured photos are saved to the iOS Photos library only after you grant permission.
3. Camera and Photos permissions
Camera access is used only for capture. Photos access is used to save new photos and, when permitted, to show, favorite, share, or delete photos through the in-app gallery. You can change these permissions in iPhone Settings.
4. Retention and deletion
ToyCam does not keep a server copy. Photos remain in your Photos library until you delete them. Deleting the App does not delete photos already saved to Photos. A deletion you confirm in the gallery asks iOS to delete the selected Photos item according to system permissions.
5. Sharing outside ToyCam
The App opens the iOS Share Sheet only after you choose Share. You select the destination. Copies sent to another app or service are then governed by that destination’s terms and privacy practices.
6. No accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking
The App includes no user accounts, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. We do not collect or sell photos or usage data through ToyCam.
7. Email inquiries
If you email us, we use the address and message you provide only to answer your request and handle related support. Please do not attach private photos or unnecessary personal information.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the App or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will remain on this page.

2. 기기 안에서 처리되는 사진
ToyCam은 정지 사진을 촬영하고 2007 스타일의 색감을 기기 안에서 적용합니다. 앱은 사진이나 카메라 화면을 운영자 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 촬영 결과는 이용자가 권한을 허용한 뒤 iOS 사진 보관함에만 저장됩니다.
3. 카메라 및 사진 보관함 권한
카메라 권한은 촬영에만 사용합니다. 사진 보관함 권한은 새 사진 저장과, 허용된 범위에서 앱 내 갤러리의 표시·즐겨찾기·공유·삭제에 사용합니다. 권한은 iPhone 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
4. 보관 및 삭제
운영자는 서버 사본을 보관하지 않습니다. 사진은 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 사진 보관함에 남습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 사진 앱에 저장된 사진은 삭제되지 않습니다. 갤러리에서 삭제를 확인하면 iOS 시스템 권한에 따라 선택한 사진 항목의 삭제를 요청합니다.
5. ToyCam 밖으로의 공유
이용자가 공유를 선택할 때만 iOS 공유 화면을 엽니다. 공유 대상은 이용자가 직접 선택하며, 외부 앱이나 서비스로 보낸 사본에는 해당 대상의 약관과 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
6. 계정, 광고, 분석 및 추적 없음
앱에는 사용자 계정, 광고, 분석 도구 또는 앱 간 추적 기능이 없습니다. 운영자는 ToyCam을 통해 사진이나 이용 데이터를 수집하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
7. 이메일 문의
이메일로 문의하면 운영자는 제공받은 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 답변 및 관련 지원에만 사용합니다. 사적인 사진이나 불필요한 개인정보를 첨부하지 마세요.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 앱을 통해 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 방침 변경
앱 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 최신 방침과 시행일은 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
