Glass Fruit Drop Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Glass Fruit Drop (the “App”), operated by 더 텐즈 (The Tens), handles information. Effective September 21, 2026. Last revised October 14, 2026.

2. Game data stored on your device

The App stores your high score, fruit discovery progress and final-fruit merge completion status in local app storage. It does not save the entire active board to resume the same round after relaunch. The operator does not receive these local records on its own server.

3. Platform leaderboards

On iOS, the App uses Apple Game Center for platform sign-in, high-score submission and leaderboards. Submitted scores and game activity associated with your Apple Account are processed under Apple's policies. Your Game Center nickname and scores are visible to other Game Center users. Other game activity may be visible according to your Game Center activity-sharing settings. The operator does not create a separate account or store Game Center account information on its own server.

On supported Android devices, the App uses Google Play Games Services to sign in, submit high scores and display leaderboards. Google may process your Play Games player identity, profile information and game activity under your Google account. The operator does not operate a separate account system or store your Play Games account information on its own server.

4. Advertising

The App integrates Google Mobile Ads and may show rewarded and interstitial ads. Test releases may use Google-provided test ads.

To serve, measure and secure ads, Google may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, app interactions such as ad impressions and clicks, and performance or diagnostic information. The scope depends on the operating system, Google settings, applicable region and your choices. Google may process this information outside Korea according to its own retention and security practices.

On iOS, you can choose or change tracking permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining tracking does not prevent core gameplay, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK does not send the IDFA in ad requests without ATT permission. Ad availability also depends on other privacy choices, connectivity and ad supply.

When Google's consent service requires a privacy-options entry point for your region and consent state, the App shows a Privacy Choices item in Settings. You can revisit and update the applicable advertising privacy choices there. Use the contact details below for other rights or deletion requests.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until you clear the App’s data or delete the App. Deleting the App removes information stored by the App on that device. Local game records are separate from information managed by Apple Game Center, Google Play Games and Google advertising services. Deleting the App does not necessarily delete scores or account information held by those platforms. Retention, deletion and sharing of platform information are governed by the providers' policies and account controls.

6. Your rights

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information, stop processing, or withdraw consent, email contact@thetens.app or call 070-5236-4534. We use what you send only to answer your request. Please do not include identification documents, sensitive information or other people’s personal information unless necessary.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14, and the operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its own server.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the App, its service providers or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date remain on this page.

2. 기기에 저장되는 게임 정보

앱은 최고 점수, 발견한 과일의 진행 단계 및 마지막 과일 합치기 달성 여부를 기기 내 앱 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 진행 중인 게임판 전체를 저장하여 다음 실행에서 그대로 복원하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 운영자는 자체 서버를 통해 이 로컬 기록을 수신하지 않습니다.

3. 플랫폼 순위표

iOS에서는 Apple Game Center를 이용해 플랫폼 계정으로 연결하고 최고 점수를 제출하며 순위표를 표시합니다. 앱이 Game Center에 제출한 점수와 Apple 계정에 연결된 게임 활동은 Apple의 방침에 따라 처리됩니다. Game Center의 닉네임과 점수는 다른 Game Center 이용자에게 표시됩니다. 그 밖의 게임 활동 정보는 Game Center의 활동 공유 설정에 따라 표시될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 별도의 자체 계정을 만들거나 Game Center 계정 정보를 자체 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

앱은 지원되는 Android 기기에서 Google Play Games 서비스를 이용해 로그인하고 최고 점수를 제출하며 순위표를 표시합니다. Google은 이용자의 Google 계정에 따라 Play Games 플레이어 식별정보, 프로필 정보 및 게임 활동을 처리할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 별도의 자체 계정 시스템을 운영하거나 Play Games 계정 정보를 자체 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 광고

앱은 Google Mobile Ads를 포함하며 보상형 광고와 전면 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 테스트 버전에서는 Google이 제공하는 테스트 광고를 사용할 수 있습니다.

Google은 광고 제공·측정·보안을 위해 기기 및 광고 식별정보, IP 주소와 그로부터 추정되는 대략적인 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 등의 앱 활동, 성능 또는 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 처리 범위는 운영체제, Google 설정, 적용 지역 및 이용자의 선택에 따라 달라집니다. Google은 자체 보유·보안 방침에 따라 대한민국 외 지역에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

iOS에서 추적 허용 여부는 App Tracking Transparency 권한 요청과 기기의 ‘설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적’에서 선택·변경할 수 있습니다. 추적을 거부해도 기본 게임을 이용할 수 있으며, Google Mobile Ads SDK는 ATT 허용 없이 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 광고 요청에 보내지 않습니다. 광고 표시 여부는 별도의 개인정보 선택 상태, 인터넷 연결 및 광고 공급 상황에도 영향을 받습니다.

Google의 동의 서비스가 개인정보 선택 재진입을 요구하는 지역·상태에서는 앱 설정에 ‘개인정보 선택’ 메뉴가 표시됩니다. 이 메뉴에서 해당 광고 개인정보 선택을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 기타 권리 행사·삭제 문의는 아래 연락처로 접수할 수 있습니다.

5. 보관 및 삭제

로컬 게임 정보는 이용자가 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 해당 기기에 앱이 저장한 정보가 제거됩니다. 기기에 보관한 게임 기록과 Apple Game Center·Google Play Games·Google 광고 서비스가 관리하는 정보는 서로 다릅니다. 앱 삭제만으로 외부 플랫폼의 점수나 계정 정보가 모두 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 외부 플랫폼 정보의 보관·삭제·공유는 각 제공자의 방침과 계정 설정에 따라 관리됩니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

개인정보 문의 또는 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 및 동의 철회 요청은 contact@thetens.app 또는 070-5236-4534로 접수할 수 있습니다. 보내주신 내용은 요청에 답변하는 데에만 사용합니다. 필요한 경우가 아니라면 신분증, 민감정보 또는 타인의 개인정보를 포함하지 마세요.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 운영자는 자체 서버를 통해 아동의 개인정보를 알고서 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 변경

앱, 서비스 제공업체 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 갱신할 수 있습니다. 현재 버전과 시행일은 이 페이지에 유지됩니다.
