Tapelog Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tapelog (the "App"), operated by 더 텐즈 (The Tens), handles information. Effective September 8, 2026.

2. Local recording and processing
Tapelog records video only, up to 10 seconds. Video clips, optional audio, notes, LOGs, exports, Final Tapes, and related record information are processed on your device in app-owned local storage. The App does not upload these records to our servers.
Only Save in LOG creates an in-app LOG. Save to Photos and sharing are separate actions and do not create LOGs. Tape Day changes at 04:00 local time.
Going Home or locking your iPhone may pause processing; reopening the App resumes recovery. Background completion after a force-quit is not guaranteed. Originals are preserved unless you explicitly discard or delete them.
3. Camera, microphone, and Photos permissions
Camera access is required to record video. Microphone access is for optional sound: denial or unavailable microphone hardware still permits silent video. You can restore denied permissions in iPhone Settings; hardware availability is separate from permission status. Opening Tapelog Settings does not request permissions.
Photos add-only permission is requested only when you choose Save to Photos. The App does not read your existing Photos library. Saving to Photos copies the selected video into Photos separately from your in-app LOGs.
4. Retention and deletion
Media, LOGs, and Final Tapes are not automatically deleted based on time. They remain in local storage until you explicitly discard or delete them in the App, or when you delete the App. App deletion can remove all local records. Deleting a Final Tape does not delete its source LOGs.
Deleting an in-app item does not delete copies you previously saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. Manage those copies in their destination apps or services.
5. Sharing outside Tapelog
Only an explicit Save to Photos, Share, or Instagram action copies or shares the selected media outside Tapelog. The Instagram action currently opens the iOS Share Sheet; direct Story delivery is not verified. You choose the destination, whose privacy terms then apply.
6. No accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or iCloud sync
The App includes no user accounts, advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, or iCloud sync. We do not collect or sell your media or usage analytics through Tapelog.
7. User rights and inquiries
You can delete records in the App and change permissions in iPhone Settings. We do not hold your local records on our servers and cannot access or delete them remotely. For privacy questions, deletion help, or requests concerning information you sent us by email, contact contact@thetens.app.
If you email us, we use the email address and message you provide only to respond to your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information or private recordings.
8. Safeguards
Tapelog limits media processing to app-owned local storage and uses iOS permissions to control camera, microphone, and Photos access. Protect your iPhone with a passcode and review the destination before sharing a recording.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us with any concern about information sent to us by a child.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy if the App or applicable law changes. The latest version and its effective date will be posted on this page. For support, visit Tapelog Support.

이 방침은 더 텐즈 (The Tens, 이하 “운영자”)가 운영하는 Tapelog(이하 “앱”)의 정보 처리 방식을 설명합니다. 시행일은 2026년 9월 8일입니다.

2. 기기 내 촬영 및 처리
Tapelog는 최대 10초의 영상만 녹화합니다. 영상, 선택적으로 녹음한 소리, 메모, LOG, 내보내기 파일, Final Tape 및 관련 기록 정보는 이용자 기기에 있는 앱의 로컬 저장 공간에서 처리됩니다. 앱은 이 기록을 운영자 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다.
앱 안의 LOG는 LOG에 저장을 선택할 때만 만들어집니다. 사진 앱에 저장과 공유는 별도 동작이며 LOG를 만들지 않습니다. 테이프의 하루는 현지 시간 04:00에 바뀝니다.
홈 화면으로 이동하거나 iPhone을 잠그면 처리가 일시 중지될 수 있으며, 앱을 다시 열면 복구를 재개합니다. 앱을 강제 종료한 뒤 백그라운드에서 작업이 완료되는 것은 보장되지 않습니다. 원본은 이용자가 명시적으로 버리거나 삭제하지 않는 한 보존됩니다.
3. 카메라, 마이크 및 사진 보관함 권한
영상 녹화에는 카메라 권한이 필요합니다. 마이크 권한은 선택적인 소리 녹음에 사용하며, 권한을 거부했거나 마이크를 사용할 수 없어도 무음 영상을 촬영할 수 있습니다. 거부한 권한은 iPhone 설정에서 다시 허용할 수 있습니다. 기기에서 마이크를 사용할 수 있는지 여부는 권한 상태와 별개입니다. Tapelog의 설정을 여는 것만으로 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
사진 보관함의 추가 전용 권한은 이용자가 사진 앱에 저장을 선택할 때만 요청합니다. 앱은 기존 사진 보관함을 읽지 않습니다. 사진 앱에 저장하면 앱 안의 LOG와 별도로 선택한 영상의 사본이 사진 앱에 추가됩니다.
4. 보관 및 삭제
앱은 시간이 지났다는 이유로 미디어, LOG 또는 Final Tape를 자동으로 삭제하지 않습니다. 기록은 이용자가 앱에서 명시적으로 버리거나 삭제할 때 또는 앱을 삭제할 때까지 로컬 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 기록이 모두 사라질 수 있습니다. Final Tape를 삭제해도 원본 LOG는 삭제되지 않습니다.
앱 안의 기록을 삭제해도 이전에 사진 앱에 저장하거나 외부에 공유한 사본은 삭제되지 않습니다. 해당 사본은 저장하거나 공유한 앱 또는 서비스에서 관리해 주세요.
5. Tapelog 외부로의 공유
이용자가 사진 앱에 저장, 공유(Share) 또는 Instagram을 명시적으로 선택할 때만 선택한 미디어가 Tapelog 밖으로 복사되거나 공유됩니다. Instagram 동작은 현재 iOS 공유 화면을 열며, 스토리 직접 전달은 검증되지 않았습니다. 이용자가 공유 대상을 선택하면 해당 대상의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
6. 계정, 광고, 분석, 추적 및 iCloud 동기화 없음
앱에는 사용자 계정, 광고, 분석 도구, 앱 간 추적 또는 iCloud 동기화 기능이 없습니다. 운영자는 Tapelog를 통해 이용자의 미디어나 이용 분석 정보를 수집하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자 권리 및 문의
이용자는 앱에서 기록을 삭제하고 iPhone 설정에서 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 로컬 기록을 서버에 보유하지 않으며, 원격으로 접근하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다. 개인정보 문의, 삭제 도움말 또는 이메일로 제공한 정보에 관한 요청은 contact@thetens.app으로 보내주세요.
이메일로 문의하면 운영자는 회신을 위해 제공받은 이메일 주소와 문의 내용만 사용합니다. 불필요한 개인정보나 사적인 녹화물을 보내지 않도록 주의해 주세요.
8. 보호 조치
Tapelog는 앱의 로컬 저장 공간에서 미디어를 처리하며, iOS 권한으로 카메라, 마이크 및 사진 보관함 접근을 제어합니다. iPhone에 암호를 설정하고 녹화물을 공유하기 전에 공유 대상을 확인해 주세요.
9. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 운영자에게 보낸 정보에 관한 우려가 있다면 문의해 주세요.
10. 방침 변경
앱 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 최신 방침과 시행일은 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 사용 방법은 Tapelog 도움말에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
